August Favourites Jojoba Company Oil Macadamia Professional Nourishing Moisture Oil Treatment Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Eraser Giorgio Armani Power Fabric Foundation Designer Makeup Tools Blush Brush review
Another month has blazed by and I have another crop of favourite products for you. All of these are new discoveries that I have fallen head over heels in love with so I wanted to share why they are so dang awesome.

The Jojoba Company 100% Natural Australian Jojoba Oil $29.99 for 85mL
The Jojoba Company 100% Natural Australian Jojoba Oil review
I have been using this deluxe sample I got in the most recent Marie Claire Parcel subscription box and loving it! It is a really high quality oil that absorbs really quickly into the skin and leaves it feeling perfectly moisturising. I have been using it as an oil serum in my night skincare routine and my skin seems to be loving it. It is also great as a nail and cuticle oil. Basically, jojoba is a gorgeous multi-purpose oil that you can use pretty much everywhere: face, body, hair and nails. The pump is amazing too and super convenient. Every oil bottle should have a pump! I am definitely buying another bottle when I run out of this deluxe sample.

Macadamia Professional Nourishing Moisture Oil Treatment $52.95 for 125mL
Macadamia Professional Nourishing Moisture Oil Treatment review
This is another deluxe sample I have been using. I have tried a bunch of Macadamia Professional products and loved every single one of them. This is another great one that makes my hair crazy soft with just a few drops worked through wet ends after washing. It has made my hair so much more manageable because I stopped using a good oil or serum for a while which was a mistake. This one is expensive but it is really amazing and I will definitely consider getting a full sized bottle when it runs out because 125mL will last forever. If you are interested too, I would recommend spending the extra $2 to get the pack with full sized oil treatment and small mask which is the best mask treatment I've ever used.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Eraser $18.95
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Eraser review
I know this isn't a new discovery for most considering it is a cult favourite product but I wasn't able to use it for the longest time because I am so pale. Now that I am using a gradual tanner to warm my skin up a couple of shades, I could suddenly use it and I'm in love! I got it at the same time as my Tarte Shape Tape Concealer ($37) and this is the one I have been using, which really says something. It sits beautifully on my dry skin, covers my dark circles and blends like a dream. I don't like many concealers but I love this one. If you have never tried it, you definitely should pick it up if you can get a shade match.

Giorgio Armani Longwear High Cover Foundation $99
Giorgio Armani Longwear High Cover Foundation review
When I impulse ordered the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk and Power Fabric foundations during Myer's 20% off foundation sale, this wasn't the one I thought I would like most. I do like the Luminous Silk, but I love this one! I have dry skin that typically doesn't pair well with matte, longwear foundations but this one applies really well with a beauty blender and sits beautifully all day. I particuarly love the finish after I mist it with a dewy setting spray because it really looks like skin, even though it has high coverage. This is a really beautiful foundation if you want something higher coverage and are looking to splurge. I have a full review coming for both the Giorgio Armani foundations I bought so if you are after some more information, stay tuned.

Designer Makeup Tools 118W-24 Finest Goat Blend Silk Soft Tapered Blush $21.50
Designer Makeup Tools 118W-24 Finest Goat Blend Silk Soft Tapered Blush review
Designer Makeup Tools are a pro brand that make some of the most beautiful budget brushes. This tapered brush is just one of many brushes that I have tried and loved from them. Seriously, most of them are the same if not better quality than far more expensive brushes. This one is absolutely amazing for blush, bronzer or all over powder because of the soft tapered shape. I particularly like it because it isn't to dense which means it is almost impossible to overdo it with more pigmented products. The bristles are also incredibly soft and feel so nice on the face. I am definitely getting more in the goat hair range because I've tried two and they have both been amazing. If you are looking at brushes on a budget, DMT is a great option and they even do value sets.

So there you have the new products I have been loving this month. I would really like to hear what products you have been obsessing over this month so let me know in the comments below.

Disclaimer: I paid for all of these products myself. As always, my opinions are my own.

    1. I totally get what you mean. I was only able to justify the expense because I had run out of my other foundations :)

  3. I've been so curious about the new Giorgio Armani foundation, I've heard such great things. Also I love the Jojoba oil. How many drops do you use when you apply to your face?

    1. I only use one pump. Probably the equivalent of 4-5 drops. It goes a long way which means a bottle will last ages.

  4. I have been using the Jojoba Oil lately and my skin is loving it! I also love the Armani Beauty foundation - luminous silk was a little sheer for my liking so I got Designer Lift and I am loving it :)
