April Favourites

Another month has passed a lot faster than I though. My favourites post snuck up on me this month which is why it is a little late. On with the show...

Benefit Hoola Bronzer $51
I have had Benefit Hoola for a long time now but I have recently fallen back in love with it after not using it for quite a while. I have been reaching for this one basically every day. I love the warm tone and the matte finish that makes it perfect for contouring and just generally warming up my complexion. There is a good reason this is a cult favourite!

Tangle Teezer Original in Blueberry Pop $29.99
Even though these are a little bit overpriced here I couldn't resist picking one up to see what all the fuss was about. It is fairly simple with interspersed plastic bristles of two different lengths. I definitely noticed though that I got less hair fall using the Tangle Teezer than when I detangled my hair with my usual paddle brush. Because I have really long hair it always seems like big chunks are falling out so anything that keeps more hair on my head is a good thing in my book. I also really love the way it massages my scalp.

L'Oreal Glam Matte Gloss in 510 Cherry Crop $21.95
This is such a punchy, gorgeous colour and I have been in love with it since I picked it up at the Priceline 40% off sale. It is one of those gloss/hybrid formulas that sets for a long wearing matte finish. They come in really intense, vibrant shades and this deep cherry pink is definitely a stand out. You need to check these out. I have a full review of the two shades I have coming at you next week.

Covergirl Liquiline Blast Eyeliner in Blackfire $14.95
Continuing the trend of being really impressed by Covergirl lately, this eyeliner has been my go to for lining my upper waterline. It is an intense black, long lasting and really creamy formula. It is definitely a great drugstore formula!

Harlotte Matte Lipstick in It Girl $30
Like every girl, I have always been on the search for the perfect red. Because I'm so pale, I'm convinced it makes the whole quest that much harder. I was really happy though when I found this one because it is a gorgeous blue-toned matte with a great formula. It just works so well on my skin tone and it's so great to have a reliable red now! I also have a full review of the entire matte lipstick range here.

MaxFactor 2000 Calorie Mascara $19.95
I go through moods when it comes to my mascara and right now I'm loving the intense volume this mascara gives me! Usually I just apply one coat and it gives me the amount of volume and length I love. For twenty bucks, this is really a top quality mascara. For pictures of the effects of this mascara check out my Mascara Roundup.

So there are the products I have been reaching for most this month. I would love to hear which products you have been loving lately. Let me know below in the comments.

Stay Rosy.
